Returns
Please contact Otter Bay Gifts by e-mail or phone to have your return authorized before you ship it back. Merchandise must be returned in new and saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. (Saleable condition means having all manufacturer's and gift boxing included in the return, not used as a shipping box.) Apparel garments are not guaranteed if washing instructions have not been followed. Undergarments and earrings are not returnable. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the returnee unless the wrong item was shipped or the item was received damaged. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
If your order qualified for free or reduced shipping, then original shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandise credit if the item(s) are returned. In the event that your is refused or returned as undeliverable, both the original and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
